December 21st – Kissed under the mistletoe. Since Christmas is the celebration of love and tradition, hopefully the traditional meaning of the mistletoe can bring together new love or enforce old love between people. This is the 21st illustration in my Christmas coloring card series.

December 20th – Oh how exciting it is! The time for getting and decorating the free. The kids wait in anticipation, as the adults put on the ornaments passed down from their parent’s parents. It is a time for joy and tradition and the beauty of handmade crafts mixed with nature. A time for families and friends to get together and celebrate love. December 19th – Let it snow, Let it snow, oh please let it snow! There is nothing more traditional than a white Christmas, unfortunately it is not something we can controle. The weather forecast predicts 68F/22C for Christmas Eve in New York this year, so no snow for us. I have made up for it by cutting snowflakes in paper and pasting them on my windows 🙂 This is the 19th illustration in my Christmas coloring card series.

December 18th –From All of US to All of you, a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Time to get all those presents bought, wrapped and stored in a safe location before Christmas! In my family the kids deliver the presents to everyone else before taking their own. It is a great tradition for teaching kids the joy of giving and making other people happy. This is the 18th illustration in my Christmas coloring card series.

December 17th –Beautifully decorated front doors this Christmas! I don’t know about you, but one of my favorite thing to do during december is simply walking around admiring the beautifully decorated doors and hourses. Christmas lights, rings, snowmen – just seeing people enjoy making their homes cater to the Christmas Spirit around town. My mom made these beautiful rings every year since I was a little kid, so this is how my family home front door looks like most years 🙂 This is the 17th illustration in my Christmas coloring card series.

December 16th – Here comes the Nutcracker! A ballet that never gets tiring to watch. I was fortunate to get to go see a free version in Brooklyn earlier this month. I hope everyone else enjoyed at as much as me! This is the 16th illustration in my Christmas coloring card series.
