Going away from all the cutesy imagery, I wanted to do something slightly more expressive this month too. A Bat seems appropriate this close to halloween. What do you think?

Inktober 15. 2016 – Ghostly Watercolors
Halloween is approaching rapidly and spooky things are staring to show up all around in stores and in town. For inktober 11th I did a purple haunted house for the occasion. I can’t wait to see all the beautiful Halloween decorations my city is preparing 😀
Inktober 11. 2016 – A Haunted House
Something that seams to always go with the theme of October and the upcoming holiday Halloween is the scarecrow. I wanted to use that for an inktober drawing, but I am not a huge fan of scary things though. Hence I decided to make a not so scary scarecrow instead. This bird is definitely not scared of him, and I would probably be more scared of the bird in comparison (: A cute scarecrow and his companion for inktober 10th.

I have been holding off with the pumpkins because I wanted to save them for later in October, but now I couldn’t control myself any longer. I love pumpkins! I love pumpkin carving, pumpkin fields, even the giant boxes of pumpkins in the supermarkets… Pumpkins are simply what sums up the beauty of autumn for me. The natural vibrant colors that reminds us of the season we are changing into. So of Inktober 9, I made a little pumpkin house, because what would be cooler than living in one :p
Inktober 9. 2016 – A little pumpkin House
Hello everyone and Happy Autumn!
I have been very busy producing my own coloring book for the last three months and I am proud to say that it looks like it will be finished this november and ready for publication before December 1st. It is a super exciting project and I cannot wait to see it in paper form. I will let you all know when when it is available online!
In the mean time though, my favorite month of the year is here! October means Inktober – a worldwide movement of artist and creatives doing a daily ink drawing in the month of October. I am stoked to share with you my first Inktober drawing and hope you will participate in this artistic journey with me this October.
Inktober 1/31 is titled “The magic of ink”
